2012 Main-A-Vent Art Silent Auction Gallery

The 2012 Main-A-Vent works of art created by the students of St. Antoninus will be available for purchase as part of the Main-A-Vent Silent Auction. Each grade collaborated to create a special and unique piece of art. Below is a list and description of each grades project. Most grades have one project per homeroom.

The adorable Kindergartners helped give a hand in creating beautiful flower pots. Each flower petal is created from the kindergartners hand-prints. The flower pots will look great on your porch, deck, or patio. What a beautiful way to showcase your spring garden. One flower pot was created by each Kindergarten homeroom.

The 1st graders lent a hand to help create beautiful table runners with Turkey hand prints and fall colors. Bid on this item and make it a tradition every fall for your family’s Thanksgiving dinner. There is one table runner per 1st grade homeroom.

Celebrate and remember First Communion for years to come! Bid on the serving platter covered in grapes created with the fingerprints of the 2nd grade students. One of these unique platters will be available for each of the 2nd grade homerooms.

Enjoy the 3rd grader’s recreation of Van Gogh’s “Sunflowers”.  Each individual student painted a flower, which has been added to the “vase”, in a relief style.  One of these unique paintings will be available for each of the 3rd grade homerooms.

See St. Antoninus through the eyes of the 4th grade students. This framed poster is created with photographs that students captured of their favorite or most significant idea of St. Antoninus. One poster available per 4th grade homeroom.

Display the “A” of St. Antoninus in your home! Each 5th grade student designed their own “A” and the images make up a straight A poster. What a wonderful way to remember the class of 2015! One framed poster per 5th grade homeroom.

The 6th graders have designed a clever re-creation of a class photograph.  They have shown their artistic abilities with Andy Warhol inspired self portraits to create a priceless memory of the 6th grade. One framed poster per 6th grade homeroom.
The Class of 2013 have created pieces of art to commemorate the year of their confirmation.  Each 7th grade student designed a cross, which have been made into a collage. Bid on this beautiful print to accent any part of your home. One framed poster per 7th grade homeroom.

The graduating Class of 2012 left their mark! Bid to win the Jaguar statue! This ceramic jaguar is painted in our school colors and each graduating student created their Unique Spot on the statue. Display the
St. Antoninus School mascot in your home to mark your child’s accomplishment. The Jaguar would be a finishing touch to a shelf or mantle of memories!

ALSO – The t-shirts that your 8th graders have worn over the years are displayed in a hand-made quilt.  You can bid on this quilt and preserve your student’s Class of 2012 St. Antoninus memories.

Don’t forget to attend the Main-A-Vent!

Come have fun with your friends
and out bid them for your children’s art works!
