Toy and Clothing Sale
Seller Guidelines
Registration
-
Sellers must register to participate
in the sale.
-
Registration consists of returning a
signed copy of page 3 of the Seller Guidelines to: Jen Gable, 2232
Peppermint Ln., Cincinnati, OH 45238.
-
Upon receipt of the registration,
sellers will be assigned a unique “Seller Number”.
Access our Tag
Template at the link listed above. Once the tag template is
printed, it is suggested that you complete your name and seller
number on the original before making additional copies as needed.
To make your tag more identifiable, we suggest copying onto
colored paper and/or using colored ink.
Items for Sale

The following items may be sold at
the sale: baby/child/teen clothing, maternity clothing, baby
equipment (strollers, car seats, etc.), toys, children’s videos
and books, parenting books

Each item to be included in the sale
must be tagged using the on-line tags (CLICK
HERE to access our Tag Template). Tags will include the
following information: Seller’s Name, Seller’s Number,
Description of Item, Size, Price.

Tags should be
securely attached to clothing articles using straight
pins. Tags can also be attached to books, videos, toys, etc.
using clear tape. Remember tags need to be removed the day of the
sale in tact for proper reimbursement.

No items may be priced less than
$0.25. All prices must be in increments of $0.25.
Setup
-
Sellers are responsible for
delivering their items to the St. Antoninus Undercroft between
6:00-7:30PM on Friday, April 23, 2010.

Tables will be provided for each
size/gender of clothing as well as areas for equipment, toys and
books.

Sellers will distribute their items
to the appropriate areas.
After Sale
-
Sellers may choose to pickup their
unsold items at the St. Antoninus Undercroft at the conclusion of
the sale,
between 12PM-1:30pm on Saturday, April 24, 2010. Any
items remaining after this time will be donated to charity. No
exceptions.

Sellers may choose in advance to
leave their unsold items to be donated to charity.
Payment
-
Sellers will receive 60% of the
proceeds from the sale of their items, payable in the Undercroft
at the conclusion of the sale.

Any seller unable to pickup his/her
payment at that time may make arrangements to pickup payment at a
later date.
Other Important Information
-
In order to maximize sales, sellers
should price their items in the range of yard sale to consignment
store pricing.

Items which become separated from
their tags will not be sold.

We are not
responsible for lost or stolen items.
