Toy and Clothing Sale
Seller Guidelines
Registration
-
Sellers must register to participate
in the sale.
-
Registration consists of returning a
signed copy of page 3 of the Seller Guidelines to: Mariellen
Rechtin, 5974 Cleves Warsaw Pike, Cincinnati, Ohio 45233.

Upon receipt of the registration,
sellers will be assigned a unique “Seller Number” and color-coded
tags and seller can pickup tags at the above address.
Items for Sale
-
The following items may be sold at
the sale: baby/child/teen clothing, maternity clothing, baby
equipment (strollers, car seats, etc.), toys, children’s videos
and books, parenting books
-
Each item to be included in the sale
must be tagged using the color-coded tags. Tags will include the
following information: Seller’s Name, Sellers’s Number,
Description of Item, Size, Price.

Sellers who choose to produce their
own tags, must follow the same tag layout and color scheme. (CLICK

Tags should be securely
attached to clothing articles using straight pins. Tags can be
attached to books, videos, toys, etc. using clear tape.

No items may be priced less than
$0.25. All prices must be in increments of $0.25.
Setup
-
Sellers are responsible for
delivering their items to the St. Antoninus Undercroft between
4:30-6PM on Friday, April 4, 2008.

Tables will be provided for each
size/gender of clothing as well as areas for equipment, toys and
books.

Sellers will distribute their items
to the appropriate areas.
After Sale
-
Sellers may choose to pickup their
unsold items at the St. Antoninus Undercroft at the conclusion of
the sale, between 12PM-1:30pm on Saturday, April 5, 2008. Any
items remaining after this time will be donated to charity. No
exceptions.

Sellers may choose in advance to
leave their unsold items to be donated to charity.
Payment
-
Sellers will receive 60% of the
proceeds from the sale of their items, payable in the Undercroft
at the conclusion of the sale.

Any seller unable to pickup his/her
payment at that time may make arrangements to pickup payment at a
later date.
Other Important Information
-
In order to maximize sales, sellers
should price their items in the range of yard sale to consignment
store pricing.

Items which become separated from
their tags will not be sold.

SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY! Anyone who
volunteers to work a 2-3 hour shift on Friday or Saturday, is
eligible to purchase items at our pre-sale on Friday, April 4 at
7pm.

Every effort will be taken to guard
against loss, however, unfortunately shoplifting sometimes occurs
at Toy & Clothing Sales.

Items may be moved from their
original table locations, so finding unsold items after the sale
may be challenging.
